Coedgwilym Park

Our client approached us with a brief to develop the existing park area, consisting of a large field and several existing sport and play facilities, to incorporate league-class football, multi-sport, tennis, and additional exercise and play facilities.

The site has, for several years, hosted a growing local football club, which has outgrown its existing provision and requires year-round training and playing facilities.

We have provided concept stage designs and feasibility study to support the client’s effort in developing the site in line with a wider development plan.
