NEW BUILD BARN & OFFICE

Our design team was appointed to develop a design solution for a contemporary barn structure, incorporating a first floor office space.

We developed a brief with the client, commissioned a topographic surveys of the existing site, liaised with planning services and building control, and planning consultancy to develop a bespoke design for additional storage and office space to the host site.

Conceptual designs were developed in line with the Local Development Plan (LDP), supplementary design guidance and manufacturer specification.
