Starki was appointed to undertake design and planning services for the addition of a Garden Office with ensuite facilities in Scurlage on behalf of a private client.

 

We developed a brief with the client, surveyed the site, liaised with utilities providers, and developed a design alongside Carmarthenshire Garden Buildings which met with both the clients requirements and planning services LDP, supplementary planning guidance and Gower AONB’s specific design guidance.

 

Planning was approved in January 2023.
