Oxford Street Arcades

Our client approached us with a brief to develop existing properties at Lower Oxford Street with the view to regenerate, increase footfall, and spatially coordinate the area.

The site is host to a large number of retail, hospitality, and entertainment venues, and is located within a host site designed as a culturally significant area of the city centre.

We have provided concept stage designs for the renovation of existing properties. Development of properties suitable for the host site will be considered for the surface multi-level site, complimenting the environment on which designs are proposed, with consideration for the viability of its intended use.
