We were appointed to undertake surveying, concept design, developed design, and technical design services at an existing property in Pembrokeshire by First Choice Housing Association (FCHA) on behalf of Pembrokeshire County Council, to make suitable adaptions for a supported living scheme.

 

Our services and outputs delivered included general layout, elevations, site and location plans, Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) drawings, Construction Details, Development Quality Requirements (DQR), Welsh Development Quality Requirements (WDQR), and Lifetime Homes Considerations.

 

The proposed scheme develops the existing property as a future-proof social housing scheme for supported tenants.
