We were asked to produce First Registration documents for a set of new build properties in Stoke-on-Trent on behalf of a client of Peter Lynn & Partners.

 

The original deed plan document was not suitable for submission. His Majesty’s Land Registry (HMLR) publishes practice guidance which sets out the professional standard expected of first registration documents.

 

We developed professional standard Ordinance Survey plans with the key information, which has allowed the client to progress with the registration and conveyancing process for the six new build properties.
