We were approached by our client to design a bespoke 4 bedroom detached property to be sited on land adjoining their existing property.

 

The site topography was challenging, and part of the design process involved connecting to a new sewer system as the host property was connected to an on-site septic system.

 

We provided concept stage designs, discussing options and considerations with our client, including materials and finishes, and prepared the agreed concept design as part of a planning application. The property is currently undergoing statutory consents.
