Conversion of the existing garage into a family living area with a scheme for replacement car parking

Project Description

Our client required a Planning Permission application to be submitted to the Local Authority in order to adapt their existing garage space into family living space. The Local Authority required a Scheme for Replacement Parking to satisfy a condition raised when granting permission to build the original property.

We provided our Initial Needs & Options Review to ensure the design and construction of their project met with the current and future needs of its users. We surveyed the building, draughted architectural and technical drawings, and prepared the the application on behalf of the client to submit to the Local Authority.

We liaised regularly with the Local Authority to ensure the client was kept up-to-date with their application, which was approved in May 2020.

We are working with our client to secure quotations from our framework of approved suppliers.
